First a little about myself

My name is Robert Erwin Jr. And I have been a Home repair and remodeling
contractor for 20 years now.

I live in Dallas, Texas. and have seen a need for this information after
going to homes and repairing work that was started by home owners,
and did not come out like they thought, Splintered wood,
Wall patches that where rough, Paint that did not stick,
Ceramic tile that did not stick, Etc.
